The Matres Festival artistic direction invites artists and potters to propose events that will make this one-of-a-kind event richer and more exciting. The Matres Festival takes place in one the most beautiful areas in the world, that of the Amalfi coast. For three days, the cities of Cava de 'Tirreni and Vietri sul Mare, both cities of long-standing ceramic tradition, will talk and live on ceramics. The notoriety and significance of participating Italian and International artists makes this event the largest ceramic event in Southern Italy. The aim is to carry out specific projects - - also at an international level - - capable of increasing the artistic quality and productive relevance in the female ceramic sector

This year, the Matres Festival will see us as protagonists with a series of events all aimed at green evolution and the environment; in fact, the theme will be "Naturantis.” If you wish to propose an event (exhibition, workshop, outdoor ovens, ceramic book presentation, or other type of ceramics event), please complete the appropriate form on our website and send us your proposal.
