In the Sacred Wedding-a rite found in various ancient cults and in different parts of the globe-the Mother Goddess unites with the Deer King, the positive male principle and protector of life. Through their union, earth and creatures remain fertile, vital. The current ruling Masculine, on the other hand, seeks the destruction of the entire planet. So our Deer Kings die, leaving us at the mercy of mad, cruel beings whom no Goddess would choose as consorts. The time of the orcs seems to have begun for good.
