The rapidity of events, too much news and shouts of publicity induce the unsustainable easy lightness with which we now go from one thing to another, with which we form and change our opinions and needs giving us a sense of uneasy precariousness. But if you turn off your devices, run far away, get to the sea and stand contemplating in peace and quiet the essential, eternal, unchanging things, after a while the white noise in your head will subside and you will eventually be able to find yourself again.
