Bread is a religious, cultural symbol of all peoples, each with its own beliefs, customs and traditions. From the Neolithic to the present day, it is the food par excellence that is not found in nature, but is the fruit of man's labor. That is why bread with its ears, rich in grains and the process to obtain it, is a symbol of union, dignity and solidarity. Bread, the food of life, represents the relationship between man and the earth, man and labor.
