EUNJOO KIM - SOUTH KOREA

The Seonangdang, a shrine that is part of Korean folk beliefs, refers to a cone-shaped pile of stones. People believe that their wishes will come true if they place three stones on the pile of stones as they walk past the shrine. Now I too make a wish, just like them, for the future and the past. I put it on display."

She has participated in many solo exhibitions in Holland, Italy, Korea and more than 200 group exhibitions in Austria, Germany, Turkey, Rome, NY, etc. Her collections can be found at Leiden University, Embassy of the Republic of Korea (Holland), Hacettepe University (Turkey), Zarupo Gallery (Japan), etc. She is currently President of Korea Goyang ceramic Art Association, member of Korea Fine Arts Association, Zilgol, Korea Woman Ceramics Association, Korea Macsabal Association, Austria BSA Association.
