Nature is the mother of man, and the palm tree is descended from God. It contains date fruit and at its heart is a medicine for man called jamar. My work speaks of the loss of millions of trees caused by pollution from wars in Mesopotamia, and the phenomena of climate desertification and loss of the country's ability to sustain itself, concepts expressed aesthetically in my works.
