Flamingo, 2021
Local clay at low temperature and kaolin clay at high temperature.
The idea for the work came about after the declaration of the southern marshes of Iraq as an international nature reserve. The form of the work refers to forms dating back to the time of agricultural villages 5,000 years ago, in a direct intertextuality of the forms of flamingos, which are migratory birds, and fish moving in a circular motion as a metaphor for this important event.
