Slab and columbine forging with fireclay. Colored pigments, single firing.

The birth of ceramic artifacts dates back to the Neolithic period, I wanted to make with ancestral lines and textural texture, a pitcher, a commonly used vessel, almost as if it were a contemporary fossil that holds ancient lives and techniques. Contemporary art in a primitive key invites the audience to reflect on man and society. An artifact sprung from earth, water and fire that almost seems to come to life.
