PARTICIPATORY ART "MATRES CREATES"
An open space for all women artists and the public. An always open space to create, share and confront, curated by Matres festival artists. Demonstrations and interactions with the public.
The Workshops will be developed with interactions between the artists and the audience as they try their hand at the ancient and spectacular art of pottery.
The excitement will be to see female artists from Italy and numerous other geographical backgrounds exhibiting and learning a wide variety of ceramic techniques.

RAKU workshop and demonstration

There will be basic and advanced raku classes. Participants will find various fired clay components. Together they will design and create the object or jewelry to be made and decorated, which will then be fired with raku firing. This art will be expressed in so many of its modes: from the traditional technique to naked raku, sweet, obvara, naked saggar, pit firing, wood firing

for jewelry making curated with Emilia Balistrieri, Rosalba Di Chiara andLoredana Avagliano
There is a fee to pick up a piece of your choice at the raku station, to be decorated under the guidance of the master potters to be fired on site.

Pandora Ability artists will tutor a pottery class for children and adults. A workshop in which they will teach ceramic art to visitors and students together with the ceramic artists. A special time to create and have fun together, discovering along the way the wonders that art,
the brilliance and craftsmanship of the artisan artists of Pandora Ability .

WORKSHOP DISCOVERING WOMEN'S ART "A WHOLE OTHER STORY"
Curated by STEFANIA SPANEDDA and the ceramic artists of Pandora. The workshop is intended to be a moment of reflection
on women's reading and storytelling beginning with the analysis of early art forms at the dawn of humanity,
an excuse to rediscover, through the manipulation of clay, ancient symbols that tell of a woman mother goddess
land with a very important role in prehistoric and protohistoric societies.
